If you believe that your item has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, the first step we recommend is to check if the Seller has provided Shipping and/or Tracking Information. You can review this information from the Members Area > Buying page.
Next to any order, you will see an icon of a Shipping Truck. The Shipping Truck will be filled in green if the Seller has marked the item as shipped (or blue if you've marked it as received). Additionally, if the Seller has provided a Tracking Number you'll be able to track this package by clicking the 'Track this package' button directly under the item.
If you're still not able to determine that status of your item, the next step would be to contact the Seller directly. You can contact the Seller from the Members Area > Buying page by clicking on the "Message Board" button next to the Order.
